Noah, his daughter Jutta and his sister-in-law Betty live among inkwells and family photo albums. It has been raining for so long that they have lost count of the days. The rising water has forced everyone, even the rats, to slowly retreat to the roof to stay afloat. The long confinement imposed by the rain is compounded by an unexpected reunion that leads them to look at themselves and confront each other, leaving them all wet and cornered in all aspects of existence.
The first play in the repertoire of Teatro En Persona, theater co-founded by me in 2015, was an intimate production which aimed to bring the spectators into the lack of hope and hacination experimented by the characters in their tiny home.
